Once your DELAUNA golf trainer arrives, you have 14 days to try it at home and see how it feels during your practice sessions.

If you decide it’s not right for you, simply contact us at contact@delauna.com within 14 days of delivery to start your return.

To keep things fair, the product must be returned with all original components and packaging and must not be damaged through misuse or excessive wear. Normal use while testing the product is absolutely fine.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or we sent you the wrong item — in which case we’ll take care of it.
