UK Orders

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Once dispatched, please allow approximately 5–8 business days for delivery.

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.

No surprise customs charges.
For UK orders, all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs charges are covered by us. The price you pay at checkout is the final price — you will not be asked to pay additional customs or import fees when your order arrives.

International Orders

We also ship to selected English-speaking markets. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and will be shown where applicable during checkout.

Where we advertise delivery with duties included, applicable import charges are covered so you won't receive an unexpected customs bill upon delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Please allow a short period for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Returns

We offer a 14-Day Try-It Guarantee.

If you decide your DELAUNA product isn’t right for you, contact us at contact@delauna.com within 14 days of delivery and our team will provide you with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent you the wrong product.

Once your return is received and inspected, any eligible refund will be issued to your original payment method.
