USA Orders & Shipping

Our products are shipped within 1-3 business days using the following carriers: USPS for last-mile.

Please allow 1-2 business days for West Coast deliveries and 3-5 business days for East Coast deliveries.

Europe and UK Orders & Shipping

Our products are shipped within 1-3 business days using the following carriers: GLS.

Please allow 5 to 8 business days for delivery

Payment of additional duties and taxes may be required before your order is released from customs, depending on the delivery address.

To return your product, please contact us at contact@delauna.com and our team will send you return label for shipping. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
